OUR COMPANY

Pacific Coast Kayak Tours is family owned & operated, and based out of beautiful San Diego, CA.

Our founder, Brendan Robinson, grew up one mile from the Atlantic Ocean on the southeast coast of Massachusetts and has been kayaking on open water since he was 12 years old. He was an ocean lifeguard for three years and considers the sea to be his happy place. After working in the finance and investment industry for several years, he decided to apply his business experience back to his true love; the ocean.

Brendan and his wife, Kellie, embarked on a new journey together and decided that the west coast was the perfect place to discover all that life has to offer. Just like them, our whole company is filled with enthusiasm for adventure and is passionate about sharing that experience with people from around the globe.

How do we do it?

With his background in finance, Brendan knows how to save money, and he's committed to passing those savings to our guests. We operate as a mobile business, allowing us to save a TON of money that would otherwise go to real estate costs. Our guides meet guests at the Coronado Tidelands Park parking lot where we can distribute kayaks and all of the necessary gear.
