Community Farmers Market at Chehalis

WHO WE ARE

The Greater Lewis County Farmers Market Association is a cooperative of local farmers, producers, and artisans.

Our mission is to promote a healthy food system through the tradition of agriculture by
providing a community gathering place for local farmers and artisans to sell their products. By bringing people together for a farmers market, we promote education, a greater sense of community, and local business development.

We are a 501c3 non-profit. Founded in 2004.

Fresh locally grown produce, cheeses, farm fresh eggs, roasted coffee beans, flowers, jellies, sweet yeast bread with irresistible fillings, and emu oil beauty products are just some of the fantastic items you’ll discover at the Market. Grab lunch from Once Upon a Thyme (delicious soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts), then sit, relax and enjoy the weekly entertainment! The Market accepts credit, debit, and EBT forms of payment.

Columbia City Farmers Market

The Columbia City Farmers Market is in the center of the most diverse zip code in the country, with offerings as varied as its regulars – find fresh-picked Asian greens along with incredible Ethiopian fare. The CCFM’s proximity to the Columbia City light rail station makes it a convenient stop for Wednesday evening commuters, and its scenic footprint cascades into Columbia Park – the perfect spot for dinner-time picnics with friends and family. This bustling scene is also a hub for food access, as it is near many clinics offering these important programs. Families across South Seattle come to the CCFM to nourish their loved ones with the best produce Washington has to offer, thanks to the aid provided by these programs. Though the Columbia City Farmers Market is now part of our organization, we have Karen Kinney to thank for establishing it in 1998.  Join us Wednesday evenings from 3 pm -7 pm, May through mid-October, plus second Saturdays November 2022 through April 2023, from 10 am to 2 pm.
