MISSION

The mission of Personnel Support Detachment, Naval Base Kitsap is to provide administrative personnel, pay, and transportation support to more than 15,000 service members in 70 commands on Naval Base Kitsap. PSD also serves the local retiree population.

The online DD Form 1172-2 Application for Department of Defense Common Access Card DEERS Enrollment, is available at milConnect. Sponsors with Common Access Cards can digitally sign the 1172-2 and the electronic copy will be available for use in their DEERS record.
