The Health & Fitness Center (H&FC) has machine and free weight rooms, cardio equipment and a large cardio floor. The main program is group exercise classes conducted weekly. Fees for classes are $4 per class. Personal trainers are available by appointment. Please contact 655-8007 for more information as required.
