Medical Records includes:
1. Medical Correspondence-requests for medical information release to other customers and medical information requests from other other treatment facilities. Also provides medical records copying services.
2. Outpatient Records-The outpatient records room stores and safeguards the outpatient medical records for patients enrolled to and receiving care from the Schofield Barracks Army Health Clinic.
3. Troop Medical Records: Provides for the storage and safekeeping of the medical records for Active Duty Soldiers.
