Diversity & Inclusion

Six Flags is committed to creating an inclusive environment that fully embraces the diversity of our team members and guests, regardless of ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation. We will not tolerate racism, discrimination, or hateful behavior in any form. Diversity and inclusion provide the foundation for a sustainable and healthy business; more importantly, they are simply the values we should all uphold. In order to achieve measurable results through sustained commitments, we will integrate diversity and inclusion into our entire business agenda with deliberate actions. We will listen to our shareholders, team members, and guests to ensure that our actions are relevant, resourced, and results-oriented. We will also measure our results at all levels of our organization.

Community

Six Flags Friends is a series of programs throughout the Six Flags family of parks that make a difference in communities by encouraging local involvement, supporting the mission of various non-profit organizations, and bringing the thrill of Six Flags to children and families across North America.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is also pleased to support more than 40 national and international worldwide conservation and research projects. As an accredited member of the Zoological Association of America and the Alliance of Marine Mammal Parks and Aquariums, we support national initiatives and actively participate in conservation programs.

In addition, the park supports several Northern California organizations that make an impact in our surrounding neighborhoods. It is the work of the organizations below that truly make our cities a better place to live, work and enjoy.
