VRO & DBIDS 0800-1600 Mon-Fri (closed Sat/Sun/Holidays) / One Day Passes open daily from 0600-0000

VRO customers: IAW the SOFA, all SOFA personnel are required to meet the standards of the host nation for vehicle registration. VRO employees assist personnel in completing the required documentation to register their vehicles with both the Government of Japan and NAF Atsugi.
